• Lead the Sales Team (Leadership role ) Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets given by the Management
  • Manage Sales Team & targets follow ups
  • Strictly follow and implement company sales policy
  • Prepare agenda, conduct weekly, and monthly sales meeting, and submit report Client visit reports submissions
  • Explore and develop new potential markets
  • Validate monthly sales incentive for Sales Dept
  • Sales Training - Team Building/Role play /followups / Product knowledge/Technical info
  • Maintain Sales Team Discipline /Attendance /Dressing /Customer Handling etiquettes Monthly / Quarterly Sales appraisals
  • Control on discounts.
  • Implementation of Price Policy/ Rock Bottom Price Regular follow up on customer outstanding.
  • Implementation of NO Credit policy Coordinate with Customer Services & Technical Dept for timely Installations / Queries resolutions
  • Develop Healthy Relationship with the customers
  • Propose Marketing & Sales Promotion activities
  • Send new product info / Catalogs / Greetings cards to potential customers
  • Regularly update Client ListRegularly update and identify permanent customers for mailing list
  • Ensure complete After Sales customer satisfaction and Reference
  • Clients follow upsDaily track of deliveries, Co-ordinate with Technical / Logistics for efficient and timely product deliveries at customers door steps
  • Follow up customers after delivery
  • Competitor Analysis/Market Analysis
