Lead the Sales Team (Leadership role ) Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets given by the Management
Manage Sales Team & targets follow ups
Strictly follow and implement company sales policy
Prepare agenda, conduct weekly, and monthly sales meeting, and submit report Client visit reports submissions
Explore and develop new potential markets
Validate monthly sales incentive for Sales Dept
Sales Training - Team Building/Role play /followups / Product knowledge/Technical info
Maintain Sales Team Discipline /Attendance /Dressing /Customer Handling etiquettes Monthly / Quarterly Sales appraisals
Control on discounts.
Implementation of Price Policy/ Rock Bottom Price Regular follow up on customer outstanding.
Implementation of NO Credit policy Coordinate with Customer Services & Technical Dept for timely Installations / Queries resolutions
Develop Healthy Relationship with the customers
Propose Marketing & Sales Promotion activities
Send new product info / Catalogs / Greetings cards to potential customers
Regularly update Client ListRegularly update and identify permanent customers for mailing list
Ensure complete After Sales customer satisfaction and Reference
Clients follow upsDaily track of deliveries, Co-ordinate with Technical / Logistics for efficient and timely product deliveries at customers door steps
Follow up customers after delivery
