• Sourcing new clients and developing new business opportunities.
  • Contacting prospective clients and speaking with decision makers.
  • Managing new clients to grow, upsell and renew accounts.
  • Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge.
  • Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Creating quotes based on client requirements.
  • Consistently achieving monthly targets.
  • Ensure complete After Sales customer satisfaction and Reference.
  • Clients followups.
  • Daily track of deliveries, Co-ordinate with Technical Department for efficient and timely product deliveries at customers door steps.
  • Follow up customers after delivery.
  • Competitor Analysis/Market Analysis.
  • Develop Healthy Relationship with the customers.
  • Propose Marketing & Sales Promotion activities.
  • Send new product info / Catalogs / Greetings cards to potential customers.
