Contacting prospective clients and speaking with decision makers.
Managing new clients to grow, upsell and renew accounts.
Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge.
Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of our products and services.
Creating quotes based on client requirements.
Consistently achieving monthly targets.
Ensure complete After Sales customer satisfaction and Reference.
Clients followups.
Daily track of deliveries, Co-ordinate with Technical Department for efficient and timely product deliveries at customers door steps.
Follow up customers after delivery.
Competitor Analysis/Market Analysis.
Develop Healthy Relationship with the customers.
Propose Marketing & Sales Promotion activities.
Send new product info / Catalogs / Greetings cards to potential customers.
