Workforce planning, budgeting, rationalization of organization structure and job descriptions.
Business process re-engineering for HR department to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Develop sustainable HR processes through implementation of ERP system and automate other processes through development of applications/software by partnering with IT
Capability development of employees through targeted learning & development initiatives
Advise management on change management initiatives within the company.
Develop and implement effective recruitment methodologies, plan and strategies
Design and implement performance management system within the company by aligning individual’s, department’s objectives with the company strategic objectives.
Manpower planning, budgets and manage recruitments against vacancies.
Assess training needs through a formal TNA process, design annual training calendar, assess Impact and effectiveness of all training programs.
Deal, respond and process queries, interpretation of rules, legal cases, grievance handling, whistle blowing etc. To effectively address employee grievances
