Coordinate with Production Staff for Plant’s operation, inventory stock and updating for daily production reports
Ensure smooth operations for the production according to the desired specifications in given shift.
Ensure that all SOPs of equipment and machinery are being followed.
Note 2 hourly control room reading shown on HMI.
Maintain desired housekeeping standards in Plant premises
Monitor and ensure that Plant team adheres to the SOPs of HSE Section, security of men and material in true letter and spirit.
In case of any stoppage/fault, inform the Manager/Assistant Manager immediately and coordinate with concerned maintenance department (Electrical/Instrument/Mechanical) ensuring quick resumption of production process
Hand over the plant to next shift engineer with detailed briefing of events/activities of his shift
Perform any other duty within the scope of position.
