You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Shopify store operations. Your primary focus will be to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers, maximize sales, and optimize the performance of our Shopify platform. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, marketing acumen, and strong organizational skills.

E-commerce Operations Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including inventory management.
  • Monitor website performance, loading times, and overall user experience to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Implement best practices for SEO, metadata optimization, and site navigation to drive traffic and improve search rankings.

Product Management:

  • Upload new products, update product descriptions, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of inventory and manage product data feeds.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion or improvement.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and sales events to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Utilize email marketing, social media, and other digital channels to promote products and engage with customers.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and website traffic.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay informed and adapt strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing Shopify stores or e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Shopify platform features, including product uploads, theme customization, and app integration.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
