We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers in US Market. An ideal candidate for this position must have at least six months of experience as an Inbound/Outbound Calling Agent. Fresh Graduates having exceptional communication skills/American accent are encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To make potential strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects.
- Searching required information about business using available resources.
- Calling clients and potential customers to inform them about the services offered.
- Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives
- Identifying, and escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
- Following up on complicated customer calls where required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Skills and Specifications:
- Technical expert in related computer applications.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Experience in dealing with US market over call.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar and native accent.
- Ability to work with others in a close manner.
- Good technical and multi-tasking skills.
