- Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and other security devices to detect suspicious activity or potential threats.
- Ensure cameras are operational, adjust angles, and troubleshoot when required.
- Observe live video feeds for irregularities, security breaches, and criminal activity.
- Identify and document incidents or unusual behavior, including intrusions, accidents, or vandalism.
- Record details of any suspicious activity or incidents on the surveillance system and notify appropriate personnel.
- Report any technical malfunctions of CCTV equipment to the maintenance team immediately.
- Ensure proper archival and retrieval of footage for investigation purposes.
- Coordinate with on-site security guards and emergency response teams to address incidents quickly.
- Monitor restricted or high-security areas to ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed access.
- Report malfunctions, repair needs, or camera downtime to the maintenance team.
