Highly analytical and strategic, able to balance business and creative marketing initiatives
Innovative, creative, and capable of providing fresh/imaginative ideas to team leadership
Ability to represent plans and make recommendations, influence decision-making with diverse internal audiences
Develop overall marketing progress
Perform marketing support activities as needed Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Manage business relationships with advertising, direct marketing and marketing research vendors
Drive/execute/evaluate marketing strategies and tactics that drive demonstrable revenue, share gains, customer/partner engagement
Initiate /follow up with sales team specific plans for corrective actions on brand/customer level
Be a local resource for team to make sure we are building the right brand strategy from an early stage in the process
Adapt the brand strategy to the customer level to make sure we are capturing the full growth potential of the brands
