Unisons International is looking for a Marketing Manager in Steel Sector to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to architect a sales strategy.

The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

The incumbent must have MBA Marketing
Fluent in English
At least 6 year experience in sales and marketing
The incumbent will be responsible for the sale and marketing in Steel Sector.
Bring new client in assigned area
To work closely with the client and their staff members in meting monthly targets.
Must have experience in B2B/B2C environment for developing and maintain strong relationships with costumers
To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sales promotional activities properly.
Effective management of branding activities in order to build a strong brand presence in the market
Increase market penetration to develop and increase the sales base.

Responsibilities:

Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company sales goals
Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepare forecast and KPI reporting for the sales forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Work collaboratively across teams including Engineering, product and marketing.
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key costumers both externally and internally
Sales target of the region
Collection targets of the region
Business expansion in the respective region
Healthy relationship with the costumer
