Ensure optimal productivity and overall service standards, all branch activities need to be handled effectively and efficiently with the aim that the branch continues to remain compliant with the Regulators/Bank's internal policies and procedures.

Job Requirements: 

  • Achieve optimal score on the Branch Score Card 
  • Provide personalized service to customers.
  • Identify & address customers' immediate need ensuring positive customer experience.
  • Ensure customers are being served within stipulated standards.
  • Assist customers in resolving queries & complaints and provide feedback.
  • Monitoring, resolution of issues and service delivery across internal business partners (CPU & lines of business.
  • Leading, coaching & supervising staff to deliver excellent service and maintain optimal branch score on the CS score card.
  • Perform/lead assigned staff in conducting financial and non-financial transactions.
  • Implementation of an effective control environment in the branch.
  • Ensure branch profitability, effective budget monitoring, expense control and approval.
  • Cash vault, security stationery and ATM machine custodian
  • Responsible for maintenance of branch outlook and ambience
  • Ensure proper maintenance of branch furniture & fixtures and IT equipment
  • Act as a branch security officer, conduct security drills and train staff to remain vigilant and alert

Communications and Working Relationships:

  • Staff from different cross functional units of the Bank
  • Customers, Auditors.

Experience & Qualification: 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-4 years’ experience working in multiple functions in branch operations such as BSO/BSS/CSR/BOM
  • Professional certification would be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Must have strong customer service skills.
  • Must have a clear understanding and complete knowledge of regulatory procedures, bank rules/ regulations etc.
  • Must have strong decision making skills.
