Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Assist with sales presentations and demonstrations: Prepare materials, set up presentations, and provide logistical support to sales representatives in the field.   
  • Manage customer inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns via phone or email, providing accurate information and support.   
  • Generate leads: Identify potential customers and qualify leads for sales representatives to follow up on.   
  • Follow up with potential customers: Contact leads to schedule appointments or answer questions, ensuring timely communication.   
  • Maintain and update customer databases: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on customers and leads.   
  • Coordinate with other departments: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.   

Call Center Functions:

  • Answer inbound calls: Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information.   
  • Manage outbound calls: Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and provide product information.   
  • Record and document customer interactions: Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers.   
  • Resolve customer issues: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.   
  • Meet and exceed call center metrics: Achieve targets for call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.   
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and sales representatives.   
  • Customer service skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.   
  • Sales experience: Some experience in sales or customer service is preferred.   
  • Computer proficiency: Ability to use CRM software and other relevant computer applications.   
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.   
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.   
  • High school diploma or equivalent: A bachelor's degree is a plus.
