· Inspection / visit of all department production on periodically basis.
· Inspection of in-process baking and nimco product's.
· Monitor mixing process
· Supervising Food safety and Hygiene Practices at production area
· Monitor equipment/machine related problems with respect to food safety
· Assist QA role on investigations on product complaints & risk management.
· Monitor the compliances as per Sindh Food Authority.
· Ensure safe & hygienic foods, hygienic environment,. Ensure MRD.
· Modify existing products and processes and develop new ones
· Check and improve safety and quality control procedures in your own and suppliers' factories, from the raw material stage through to the finished product
· Generating new product ideas and recipes
· Modifying and improving existing recipes
· Designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on a large scale
· Ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards are met
· Identifying and choosing products from suppliers
· Monitoring the use of food additives
· Testing and examining samples
· Writing reports on testing & samples

In 1998 due to increased demand from all over the city, we decided to set up another shop in Bahadurabad by the name of United King. This name change was due to the uniqueness, which United King wanted to maintain in the industry, and was unable to do so because of its name being used throughout the city. Since then, our consumer base has grown tremendously and in order to keep up with the consumers growing needs, we plan on expanding further this year, and opened a new United King Store on main Rashid Minhas Road in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi.
