Construction Estimator

USA Construction LLC is an American based company located at in New York and is outsourcing its Estimation work in Pakistan since last couple of years. Currently we are hiring fresh/experience candidates to carry out the estimations for Renovation, New Construction, Facade and allied works.

We are looking for service of "Estimation Engineer "Candidate with experience will be preferred.

The candidate will have option to work from home or our office.

Working Hours: 6pm to 3am (Night Shift) Monday to Friday.

The job responsibilities of the candidate will include but not limited to following:

Study the provided drawings in pdf and perform the quantity takeoff using a digitizing software.
Call/Email and collect the material prices from suppliers and sub-contractors, as necessary.
Compile the quantities, material prices and prepare an estimate work sheet in MS Excel keeping in mind the client requirements.
Prepare an attractive proposal based on the estimate.
Coordinate with Project Manager for project execution related matters.
Study about the construction execution in America and prepare unit rates.
