Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on driving new patient acquisition through referrals and establishing strong connections with other clinics to expand our network. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, particularly in English, and will be passionate about creating innovative marketing strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at obtaining patient referrals and growing our customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with other clinics, healthcare providers, and industry professionals to create a steady flow of referral opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective marketing campaigns across all platforms.
Track, analyze, and report on the success of marketing campaigns and referral programs to optimize strategies.
Create compelling and persuasive marketing materials that showcase the benefits of VABillingPro’s services.
Participate in outreach activities, including attending events, webinars, and networking opportunities to connect with potential clients and partners.
Manage social media accounts, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns to increase visibility and patient engagement.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (must be outstanding).
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or billing industry.
Strong networking abilities and experience in establishing partnerships with clinics or healthcare organizations.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess marketing campaign performance and ROI.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
