We are looking for a Manager HR to oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees.

Manager HR responsibilities include reviewing and implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resources Management along with relevant work experience in a senior-level position.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and determine employee needs.
  • Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
  • Design & Conduct different tests.  
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
  • Update Recruitment MIS.
  • Job posting on the different job portals.
  • Coordinate with the design team for designing the different job ads.
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.
  • perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological and technical tests, etc.)
  • Conduct Video & Audio skype interviews, and physical interviews as well.
  • Collect the proper feedback of all the hiring managers like (Technical Manager, HR Manager, and C Level)
  • Update Recruitment MIS on regular basis. 
  • Conduct employment verification, background, and reference check.
  • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process.

Payroll

  • Processes company’s payroll every pay period
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Honors confidentiality of employees’ pay records.
  • Receive approval from upper management.
  • Able to prepare salary structure.
  • Worked on payroll will be added advantage.

HR Operations:

  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
  • Manage employee engagement activities.
  • Designing and implementing the company’s HR policies. career path
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
  • Updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data.
  • Handle Employee Grievances.
  • Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases
  • Responding to emails on behalf of the department
  • Set objectives and goals for the team and also track progress
  • Monitor the company’s HR systems as well as databases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in speedy technical recruitment.  
  • Ability to be self-directed.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Multitasking.
  • Team Management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
