Resident/Material Engineer

A high-end architecture and property development company specializing in luxury residential development projects in Lahore seeks additional employees for their ongoing development projects. The firm’s partners have more than 40 years experience as both architects and in real estate in both Pakistan and internationally. They are currently seeking senior construction supervisors and accounts personnel for their projects in Gulberg.

Requirements:

Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.
Daily monitoring of contractor progress and quality of work
Issuing of periodic progress reports
Management of manpower and other supervisors on site
Liaising with contractors
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Establish & maintain high staff morale, model sound leadership and teamwork.
Assess quality of materials

Preference for those with international experience

Salary Package: An attractive salary package will be offered depending on educational qualifications and experience.
