We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Operator/Account Executive to join our team at [VESTER CERVATI]. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our online store platform. Additionally, you will assist in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Enter product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing, into the online store platform.
- Maintain and update product catalogs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability on the website.
- Process customer orders, including order entry, payment processing, and order fulfillment.
- Manage customer accounts, including account creation, updates, and inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product information and promotions are accurately reflected on the website.
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer trends as needed.
- Assist in other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
