Job Description:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes, offering step-by-step instructions to resolve their problems.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance or investigation.
  • Utilize product knowledge and resources to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Assist customers in navigating our digital marketing platform, highlighting key features and benefits to drive online sales.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed support and contribute to ongoing improvements in customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in a phone and live chat environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Empathetic and patient, with the ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and online sales generation is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer effective solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support tools.
