We have openings at our Islamabad office for Software Quality Assurance Engineers (Automation) to join our fast-growing and fast-paced international organization.

About the Role:

As an SQA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for helping the team to adapt test automation in the software development lifecycle. Your Job includes reviewing and analyzing requirements in order to identify the best solutions and the best way to deliver them with the development team. You’ll be required for preparing, managing, and executing project test plans. You’ll be responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases. You will work closely with the entire engineering team in defining corrective actions and coordinating between different stakeholders within the project.

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in software testing.

Has proven experience in implementing automation in their team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Should be able to define the scope and feasibility of automation.

Should be able to help and drive the team in adapting automation in day-to-day activities.

Experience with tools that can enhance test activities and automation like Appium, WebDriverIO, Postman, Jmeter etc.

Can review and analyze requirements to provide timely feedback.

Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.

Should own the Agile development process across the team and help in making improvements.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies.

Working knowledge of issue/defect tracking tools such as JIRA.

Highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Ability to communicate proactively and effectively.

Experience in web and mobile application testing.
