Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients, such as nursing homes and care groups.
Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and grow the company's client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their staffing needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
