Candidate having 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and providing overall guidance to client service employees.
- Regularly interacting with clients through phone calls, email communications, or meetings.
Qualifications
- BBA/ MBA or an industry-related field.
- Proficiency in MS Offices.
- Effective communication skills.
