Experienced Managers & Executives for Sales & Marketing are required to overlook and boost the sales for Multi-story Luxury apartments and commercial projects based in Islamabad near Islamabad new int' airport, Pakistan. Candidates must have suitable experience in real estate preferably managing sales for multi-story/high rise projects or other relevant projects earlier.
Requirements:
Identifies and generates new business; develops and delivers sales presentations.
Develops customer relations including sales leads, research, cold calling, qualifying leads, developing leads, and exceptional customer services.
Maintaining client relations with new and existing customers, assuring all existing and new clients are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations.
