We are a US-based company dedicated to providing innovative and reliable IT solutions tailored to meet our clients' unique needs. Our work environment is collaborative and dynamic, fostering creativity and technical excellence. We manage a diverse portfolio of over 200 WordPress websites, primarily hosted on GoDaddy for legacy sites and Bluehost for newer ones, with Cloudflare implemented to enhance security and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deploy WordPress websites, ensuring they perform efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Integrate lead capture forms to boost client engagement by utilizing existing WordPress plugins for Salesforce integration and working closely with Salesforce engineers to establish API connections for lead data capture.
- Conduct SEO analysis and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings, including gathering website visit data through WordPress plugins and counters.
- Implement chatbot integrations to enhance user interaction and support.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to support maintainability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Maintain existing websites with a focus on security, performance, and scalability, including direct management of hosting accounts such as cPanel, domain setup, DNS changes, and SSL renewals on Bluehost and GoDaddy servers.
- Set up and maintain client email applications on Microsoft and GoDaddy servers, troubleshoot email delivery issues, and manage mailboxes.
- Contribute to project planning and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web development, with a specialization in WordPress.
- Proven expertise in WordPress CMS, including theme customization and plugin development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with lead capture form integrations and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with chatbot integrations is advantageous.
- Proficient in database technologies such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and version control systems like Git.
- Native-level fluency in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated experience managing hosting accounts (cPanel, DNS, domain, SSL) on platforms including GoDaddy and Bluehost.
- Skilled in configuring and managing Cloudflare settings, including caching, WAF rules, and CDN.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining client email applications is essential.
- Prior experience with Salesforce API integrations is a plus.
