- To design and regulate English Language course outline and update them timely.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Language Teachers, to keep them aware of developments
- Maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the services in the wider community.
- Maintain Total Quality Management systems throughout the Language Center to ensure that the best possible services are provided.
