Call Center Closer

This position is for experienced call center agents to work as a closer in out US-based campaign. Representatives must have excellent sales skills and work behind a desk for over typically 9 hours a day. Duties will be performed in a call center environment, and include, but are not limited to the following;

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Cross-Selling
Upsell appointments (when applicable)
Answering potential customer questions
Provide existing customers with quality customer service
Making outbound sales calls to warm leads and taking inbound calls to set appointments for our services
Making courtesy calls to scheduled customers to remind them of their appointments
Miscellaneous tasks and duties assigned to support engagement center
