This position is for experienced call center agents to work as a closer in our US-based campaign. Representatives must have excellent sales skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Cross-Selling
Upsell appointments (when applicable)
Answering potential customer questions
Provide existing customers with quality customer service
This is a true sales environment and the responsibilities include building brand loyalty and increasing revenue through the effective use of our sales processes.
Miscellaneous tasks and duties assigned to support engagement center
