- Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Use the CRM daily to manage and update the pipeline of prospects and potential leads promptly.
- Build rapport with potential clients and demonstrate the ability to overcome objections.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Must-Have European Experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage potential clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Knowledge of Surgical Instruments Market: Familiarity with Surgical Instruments market trends and regulations is a plus.
- Prior experience in cold calling or sales, with a focus on B2B
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Understanding of B2B appointment-setting processes
