Monitoring of sops and provide relevant training accordingly, maintain log for this
provide work related training, evaluate it and report to technical supervisor
oversee subordinate’s tasks, provide relevant guidance, and conduct meeting accordingly
conduct meeting with each staff member, for weekly performance status after receiving update report
generate CAPA for each customer complain, and follow-up accordingly
QMS implementation and continuous improvements
daily reporting of given tasks, to the immediate supervisor
execution of internal audit
check products drawing and guide subordinates after receiving it
Quality objectives of every lot and order
Device master record
Deviation and non compliance reporting
Product technical sheet
Vendor evaluation and Audits
Raw material Inspection
Packaging Inspection
QA 4% Incharge
Clean room operations and maintenance
