We are looking for experienced/fresh Sales Representatives to respond to potential clients’ pro-actively through Live Chat/Call/Email and generate sales. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner and have ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a call center job and the selected candidates would be required to provide end-to-end support to their clients (from order placement to product delivery). Call Center experience (UK/USA campaign) can be a plus point in final selection procedure.

- Bachelor’s degree (any good discipline)
- Fluent in conversational English & have neutral English accent
- Decent English reading, typing/writing & listening
- Ability to understand Western English Accents (Mostly American or British)
- Being able to correctly understand clients’ concerns/inquiries
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Punctual & respectful to work ethics
- Eagerness to thoroughly see through a customer order from inquiry - production - delivery
- Should have good typing speed
- Able work in night shift (5 working days per week)
