1. Serving as the first point of contact for end - user support with excellent customer service on computer system/network on a routine basis.
2. Responsible for installation (Remote), administration of issues in an environment with critical up time requirements.
3. Incumbent must be able to prioritize the remediation of issues in an environment with critical up time requirements.
4. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.Interacting with vendors for Hardware & Software Support.
5. Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions through phone and email communication channels.
6. Meet SLAs like response and resolution times of tickets.
7. Experience with DNS, DHCP servers, along with security applications VPN, Firewall.
