Developing sales market for admixture and SNF/PC and other chemical products with experience in demonstrating cost reduction per CUM for concrete producers.
1. Monitoring and maintaining testing frequency of outgoing admixture and incoming admixture materials.
2. Conducting trial mixes for admixture at batching plants and sites.
3. Ensure stock level of materials at the admixture plant.
4. Attending and solving customer complaints.
5. Site visit and meeting the customers.
6. Any other job assigned by the reporting manager.
7. Capabilities in implementing various marketing & promotion strategies to increase market share and retain existing customers.
8. Strong hand on negotiation skill with closing deals, generating leads to captive commercial project plant.
