The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team, developing/implementing sales strategies and working with the team to achieve set performance targets, coaching the team in on-field settings and guiding it towards adding value to every customer interaction, continually assessing sales processes to identify improvement opportunities/efficiencies, and analyzing sales data for drawing strategy conclusions.
Requirement:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 5-6 years of sales experience • International travel experience • Track record of ‘Superior Sales Performance • Excellent communication/negotiation/decision-making skills.技能
