Responsibilities:
Strong financial and operational management capabilities, good communication both written and verbal, ability to manage large teams, disputes resolution, time management and a “can do” approach is required for this challenging position.
- Support and services - Management of Utility bills, store supplies ordering, Maintenance ordering, CCTV camera monitoring team
- Operations – Resolution of operating issues in co-ordination with Corporate office and various departments.
- Surveillance – Managing a team monitoring retail stores for compliance, burglaries etc.
- Inventories – Ensuring optimized inventory availability all the times.
- Retil network exposure may be prefered.
NOTE: This job is purely Night Shift and Timings are 07:00PM to 04:AM.
