We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. The Administrative Manager will play a key role in overseeing and managing administrative operations to ensure efficient functioning of the organization. This position requires a market competitive experience of 2 to 5 years in marketing, Daily Routine on going work and complete task as per higher managemnt assign combined with strong administrative and managerial skills.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Oversight:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day administrative activities, including office management, facilities maintenance, and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee budget planning and financial administration, including expense tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Human Resources Support:

  • Provide support to the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  • Assist in employee relations issues and ensure adherence to HR policies.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including negotiation, procurement, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to contract terms.

Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Market competitive experience of 2 to 5 years in marketing.
  • Previous experience in administrative management roles is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
