Job 1- Accountant Job Descriptions:

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate with the management team to optimize financial processes.
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and legislation to ensure compliance.
Assist in annual audits.
Handle any other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Job 2- Store Manager Job Descriptions:

Inventory Management:

Oversee the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of all raw materials.
Implement inventory control practices to maintain accurate stock levels.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies.

Storage and Organization:

Design and manage an organized and efficient storage system for raw materials.
Ensure that materials are stored in a manner that prevents damage and spoilage.
Implement a labeling system for easy identification and retrieval of materials.

Quality Control:

Inspect incoming raw materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
Establish and maintain quality standards for all materials in storage.
Develop processes for the safe disposal of substandard or expired materials.

Supply Chain Coordination:

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers to resolve any supply chain issues.
Monitor lead times and reorder points to prevent shortages.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure the warehouse complies with safety regulations and guidelines.
Train and supervise staff in safe handling and storage practices.
Maintain records of safety and compliance inspections.

Documentation and Reporting:

Keep detailed records of all incoming and outgoing raw materials.
Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and stock rotation.
Provide regular reports to management on the status of materials.
