- Ensure consistency in growth and target achievement.
- Supervise and manage distributors’DSFs sales team.
- Manage company assets and POSM.
- Build strong relationship with trade.
- Comply with market visit itinerary and provide daily market visit report to line manager.
- Utilization and handling of POP material at the distribution and trade.
- Explore new shops, areas to increase distribution coverage.
- Train distributor sales team/DSFs to ensure compliance with company polices and standards.
- Provide regular feedback on trade/competitor activities to the management.
