We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team at ZNJ Events & Marketing.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to create compelling content, monitor social media platforms, analyze data, and contribute to the overall digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to optimize social media efforts.Create a content calendar and plan social media campaigns in advance.
Content Creation and Management.
Create engaging and shareable social media content, including posts, images, videos, and infographics.Write compelling and concise copy for social media posts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Social Media Platform Management:Manage and maintain various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Regularly monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.Implement community management strategies to foster engagement and build relationships with followers.
Social Media Advertising
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and optimization.Monitor ad performance and analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions and improve ROI.
Analytics and Reporting
Track and analyze key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and audience demographics.
Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Social Listening and Trend Identification:Monitor social media conversations and trends related to the industry, brand, competitors, and relevant topics.Identify opportunities for real-time engagement and proactively address potential issues or crises.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles is a plus.
