1. Be responsible for the field crop planting, field management, data collection, pest control and technical data arrangement and the like;

2. Assist leaders to arrange for and guide the workers at the base and manage the labor use and planting process and carry out internal inspection;

3. Assist to organize agricultural technology training to technically guide the production workers and coordinate with the planting experiments;

4. Assist to implement the planting plan and report the planting progress and achievement;

5. Other tasks assigned by leaders. Job requirements:

6. Education background: agronomy and related major, bachelor degree or above

7. Sex: male (rigid requirement)

8. Work experience: two years of work experience in agronomist/technician

9. CET-4 or above and proficient in using office software

10. Have good communication ability and strong learning and adapting capability, be hard-working and accept staying at the planting base a long time.
