- Strong understanding of ERP modules, functionalities, business processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring ERP modules, customizing solutions according to business requirements, and migrating data from various sources to ERP systems.
- Ability to train end-users for effective use of ERP systems and to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP systems.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ERP.
- Knowledge of open-source software principles, Linux, and the Frappe framework will be a plus.
