Your Job description includes:
- Answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas.
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department.
- Communicate through telephone with the drivers to understand constant status and location; communicate through a multi-line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests.
- Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes.
- Order extra limousines from outside companies for special events and areas outside average driving distances.
- Coordinate guest limousine reservation requests with hotels and VIP personnel.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
