As a Local Tourism Consultant, you will play a key role in crafting and coordinating exceptional travel experiences for our clients within our local region. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budget for local travel experiences.
- Develop and customize local travel itineraries, recommending activities, attractions, and accommodations.
- Stay informed about local tourism offers, events, and hidden gems within the region.
- Provide expert guidance on transportation options, local regulations, and safety considerations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and tourism partners.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering detailed information and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with local travel regulations and uphold industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Local Tourism Consultant or in a related role (1-2 years).
- In-depth knowledge of local travel destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences.
- Familiarity with local tourism regulations and industry trends.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary Range: 30,000 - 45,000 Monthly
