HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EOBI, Social Security, Provident Fund, and other statutory benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records related to EOBI and social security contributions.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and ensure HR policies align with local regulations.
- Handle employment contracts, terminations, and disciplinary actions as per labor laws.
- Conduct audits and prepare reports for government authorities when required.
Payroll & Benefits Management
- Process EOBI and social security registrations for new employees.
- Administer provident fund contributions and withdrawals in coordination with finance.
- Ensure timely deductions and payments for EOBI, provident fund, and social security.
- Address employee queries related to benefits and labor rights.
Recruitment & Employee Relations
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Support in performance evaluations and promotions.
- Handle employee grievances and disputes in compliance with labor laws.
- Promote a positive work environment and enforce company policies.
Training & Development
- Conduct awareness sessions on employee rights, labor laws, and workplace policies.
- Train employees on company HR policies, including EOBI, provident fund, and social security benefits.
