Monitoring & Surveillance
- Supervise real-time monitoring of all CCTV cameras.
- Review footage and respond promptly to any suspicious activities.
- Ensure all incidents are properly recorded, reported, and escalated.
Team Supervision
- Manage and schedule CCTV operators and ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Train new operators on equipment usage and surveillance protocols.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Technical Oversight
- Ensure all CCTV systems are fully operational.
- Report any faults or malfunctions to IT or technical support teams.
- Oversee installation and configuration of new cameras.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily logs and incident reports.
- Provide detailed reports to the management when required.
- Assist in investigations by providing relevant footage and data.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and privacy regulations.
- Follow security protocols and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
System Audits & Improvements
- Conduct periodic audits of CCTV coverage and recommend upgrades or repositioning.
- Stay updated with the latest surveillance technologies and recommend improvements.
