Responsibilities of Compliance Officer
- Real Time Transaction Monitoring
- Offsite Risk Assessment and Enhanced Due Diligence
- Escalation of suspicious cases to Manager Compliance
- Handling LEA inquiries
- Quarterly Reports Preparation and submission to Manager Compliance
- Updating NACTA and proscribed persons list
- Any other compliance task assigned by the Manager Compliance / CCO
- Compliance Response of Internal Audit Reports within the given timeline (Network)
- Offsite Verification of Compliance of Internal Audit Reports
- Escalating misreporting of locations to Manager Compliance
- Training on non-compliant areas highlighted in Internal Audit Reports to locations
- Updating all log files
- Any other compliance task assigned by the Manager Compliance / CCO
