Conduct scheduled and surprise inspections of branches within the assigned region.
Evaluate compliance with company policies, operational procedures, SOPs, dress codes, attendance, and hygiene standards.
Verify proper documentation, record-keeping, cash handling, and customer service practices.
Identify operational risks or areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Submit detailed inspection reports to management along with findings and suggestions.
Follow up on previously identified issues to ensure resolution and improvement.
Coordinate with branch managers and head office departments for smooth operations.
Provide on-the-spot guidance and support to branches during visits.
Monitor staff punctuality, discipline, and adherence to job responsibilities.
Ensure implementation of training, circulars, and policy updates across all branches.
