Responsibilities / Duties:
1. Admissions:
- Serve as the main contact person for prospective students, providing guidance and clarification on admission procedures, program requirements, and application methods.
- Carry out interviews and evaluations to assess the suitability of candidates for particular programs or courses.
- Work together with admissions teams to simplify application processes and guarantee prompt processing of applications.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and attract high-quality applicants
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to inform admissions strategies.
2. Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote educational programs, courses, and services.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maximize outreach and exposure.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Making videos for social media.
- Interact with different agents and referrals
3. Quality Checking:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services
- Conduct periodic reviews of course materials, curriculum design, and instructional methods to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Collect feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay informed about accreditation requirements and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
