DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:.
- Record and monitor sales transactions in Sage Line 50, including invoice creation by selecting the appropriate account.
- Record and track the customer's payments against Each Sale Transaction in Sage line 50.
- Post daily receipts from BACS, Paypal, credit cards, and WorldPay & pay 360 to Sage line 50 and reconcile them against the sale records.
- Conduct reconciliations for the sales cycle, BACS, world pay, Paypal, and Pay 360, providing necessary reports by the 5th of each month.
- Provide highest level of accuracy and integrity of data within Sage and conduct routine audits and report discrepancies to line manager.
- Present daily lists of refunds, cancellations, sample orders, and pending orders.
- Regularly reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date payment records.
- Provide sale reconciliation summary on daily basis to line Manager.
- Coordinate with teammates and keeps line manager well informed of the status of tasks.
- Provide the list of outstanding customer balances on daily basis and debtors aging report on a weekly basis.
- Any other task, assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in data entry is required.
- Previous experience with Sage Line 50 is highly preferred.
- Excellent time-management & analytical skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Education B.Com or equivalent (Accounting background)
