DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job description and duties will consist of:
- Time management and daily activity planning for the design team
- Manage a team of 10-15 employees, hold regular team meetings and appraisals
- To maintain accurate and up to date performance records.
- To organise and monitor personal performance improvement plans for the design team.
- Co-ordinate between teams, put in place plans for the day/week, ensure there is sufficient labour resource;
- To identify, prepare and deliver regular training
- Motivate team members, assesses performance and carry out regular quality checks
- Provide help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
- Provide a vision, establish effective organizational structure and communication protocols.
- Ensure KPIs are met and prepare and present KPI reports to management
- To implement, monitor and control process and procedure to ensure compliance in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and to meet the standards of communication effectiveness and productivity targets required.
- To provide cover for the design team during periods of individual absence and/or busy periods
- To implement a sales element to the design team whereby the team are able to upsell design services
- To provide reporting on performance
- To maintain a level of technical knowledge, commensurate with the role
- Adherence to all company guidelines and requirements.
- These duties may change and develop over time and therefore the employer reserves the right, upon giving reasonable notice, to require the employee to perform other duties within the employee’s capability as per the dynamic and/or evolving requirements of the role.

Hours: 40hrs per week (1pm to 10pm with a 1hr break)
Salary: Depending on experience – to be established during the phone interview
