AA Web Solutions seeks experienced individuals who are fluent in English (written and oral) with extensive experience (around 10 years) and capability of working for US/ UK/ Europe based organizations and the ability to lead and manage people to achieve set organisational goals. If you hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, are mature, calm and composed in all professional situations, are able to lead & manage people and teams then we would be keen to hear from you! If this sounds like you and you have the confidence, ambition and drive to work closely with the CEO & the operations manager, and with other members of the senior management team.

Once we have reviewed CVs and shortlisted suitable candidates, we will then complete telephone screenings. Open interviews will be held thereafter, to discuss candidate skills and expertise within an office environment, in addition to English linguistic skills.

Working Hours

GMT hours (12-9pm). 40h per week (changes to 1-10pm in winter time).

Person Specification:

Excellent command over the English language, in written and verbal terms and very good comprehension.
Good time & people management skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
Ability to maintain a positive, “winning/can do” attitude at all times in order to motivate staff.
Ability to swiftly adapt and respond positively to change with management interest at heart.
Ability to multi task.
Quick learner Demonstrable problem-solving skills and ability to find answers/solutions.
Ability to work with technical information.
Excellent communication skills.
Respectful and considerate towards all other employees at all levels.
IT literate and able to use and/or learn standard and proprietary software.
