DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualified candidates must have good hands-on experience with the Code Igniter framework.
- Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of server infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- The candidate should be a professional and should have a minimum hands-on experience of + 7 years in the above required field.
- Monitor server resources, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary optimizations.
- Collaborate with DevOps and system administrators to ensure smooth server operations.
- Manage and maintain Git repositories, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
- Implement best practices for version control, code review, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards by conducting code reviews and providing feedback to team members.
- Must have strong programming and logical skills.
- Good Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML.
- Sound knowledge of database designing and application architecture planning for Core PHP projects.
- Expertise in PHP, MVC Frameworks, and good technology exposure of Code Igniter.
- Supervise and mentor a team of PHP developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members.
- Coordinate and prioritize development tasks, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Act as a technical resource and provide guidance to team members on coding and server-related issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for server configurations, code repositories, and development processes.
- Generate reports and metrics related to server performance and codebase management for management review.
- Implement and enforce security best practices for server infrastructure and code repositories.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Proficiently write and manage manual queries on live databases to extract, update, and analyze data as needed.
- Collaborate with database administrators and data analysts to optimize database performance and schema design.
- Implement data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive information.

- Have a good knowledge of different payment gateway integration (PayPal, Stripe, and World Pay) in Code Igniter.
- Creation of clean, logical, well-documented, and reusable code.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- To proactively take responsibility for their own development.
- Any other reasonable duties as desired by the line manager.
